Your order is processed and shipped from our Milan office.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to small delays during major sale periods and public holidays.

Each order is being shipped out with the tracking number.

 

Standard Shipping time:

Italy: 1-3 business days
Netherlands: 4-6 business days 
France, Germany, Austria, Spain: 1-2 weeks
United Kingdom: 1-2 weeks
Rest of EU: 1-2 weeks
 
United States: 4 - 7 business days
Canada: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the World: 7 - 21 business days

 

There are options available for UPS Express shipping upgrade at checkout.

Verendi offers free standard domestic shipping on all Italian orders over 80 and free standard international shipping on all orders over 89.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused on delivery or not picked up.

UPS Express does not delivery to P.O. boxes. In the case that an order is placed with UPS Express delivery chosen and the delivery address is a PO box, the order will be shipped with the closest standard option. No refunds or adjustments on shipping will be provided.

Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of the EU may be subject to courier and/or local customs delays.

 

RETURNS

Verendi accepts returns that are initiated within 14 days since the order delivery. The items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were received in its original packaging.

All returns must be authorised by our customer service - they will provide you with the correct return address and an authorization number. It is responsibility of the client to send the items back using reliable trackable post to make sure it is not lost on its way back. Items sent without the return authorization and to a wrong address will not be accepted. 

Once the return arrives to our office, it will be inspected and the refund will be made in a way of a store credit that you'll be able to use.

All items bought on sale are final sale.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on piercing earrings unless faulty.
