Shipping

We ship from Milan, Italy.

Some of the European parcels will go through the PostNL postal hub in the Netherlands to speed up the delivery time and through a postal hub in the US - for our American customers.

Yes, we ship internationally.

Yes, all our orders are shipped out with tracking numbers, it will be available in your shipping confirmation email. If you used an email during the checkout, the shipping company will also be sending you regular email updates on the delivery progress.

If your order is still not shipped try sending us an email to info@verendi.com as soon as possible with the correction. We can't guarantee the change to be made but if possible we'll try to fix it for you.

An order confirmation and shipping confirmation are always sent to the email address or phone number that you used at checkout. They often times end up in the spam folder, so please check there if you have not done so already.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

All of our orders are carefully packaged. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, in the rare case that an item is damaged during the shipping process itself, we will happily assist you in resolving this matter. For damaged deliveries please contact us at info@verendi.com within 3 business days from the delivery date.

Discounts

Unfortunately, we can't apply discount codes to past orders and orders that have already been placed.

No, you may only use 1 code at a time.

If your discount code is not working at checkout, it may be expired and no longer valid. Discount codes also cannot be combined. 

Unfortunately, we can't make price adjustments once the order has been placed.
